About us
Our Story
Fiafia was born out of the desire of a frustrated mother who wanted an amazing fun space where her kids could go and have fun while she could watch them under her caring eye and relax, work, or meet up with friends.
She wanted a place that was safe and clean and where her kids could socialize, engage in activities, play, and enjoy their time. She was also fed up with hearing them say “I am bored”. Since she could not find that perfect place, she decided to create it.

What age is Fiafia suitable for?
Our play area is designed for children from 0-12 years old, with dedicated spaces for different age groups to ensure safe and enjoyable play.
Do parents need to stay with their children?
Yes. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout their visit.
However, we also offer a drop-off service for eligible age groups, where children can enjoy supervised play under the care of our trained Fun Experts.
Can adults enter the play area?
Yes! One (1) accompanying adult is included with every child’s admission. Additional adults are subject to an entrance fee of AED 35 per adult.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend booking in advance during weekends, public holidays, and school breaks.
How long can my child play?
Your play session depends on the pass you purchase. We offer flexible options, including hourly play and unlimited play passes.
Is the play area safe for toddlers?
Yes! We have designated toddler-friendly zones designed specifically for younger children to play safely.
Can we bring outside food?
Outside food and drinks are generally not permitted, except for baby food or items required for medical or dietary needs. Our café available serves a variety of coffee, drinks, snacks, and meals so parents can relax while the kids play.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available for our guests.
Do you have parking?
Yes. Paid parking is available at DIFC. All visitors receive 1 hour of complimentary parking from DIFC. Plus, guests who spend AED 75 or more at FiaFia can enjoy an additional 2 hours of complimentary parking by presenting their Fiafia receipt for validation at the Gate Avenue reception.

You can find us at South Zone, Gate Avenue, DIFC – Dubai, right next to Carrefour Market.
Can I bring a nanny or caregiver?
Yes, nannies and caregivers are welcome to accompany children.
